Randy Ponzio, with love

A good friend of mine and local Vancouver musician Randy Ponzio, passed away on November 17th, 2011. He left behind three beautiful children, and lots of friends and family. We all miss him dearly and have done our best to celebrate his short life. He was an amazing man who did everything in his power to pass along his message of LOVE PEACE FOUNDATION FAMILY.

words beyond my common mind

Peace of mind. Thoughtful mistakes. calming breeze from your gentle expression. Laughter from smiles and play. Light, slight, quiet contentment. With ease, I smile at your inner beauty, your special essence. I appreciate your calmness, your kindness, your attention.

when i look at myself, I feel my beauty, my love, my spirit and my joy. My happiness spreads across the oceans and out into the universe like a never ending vine. I sweep the earth and feed the souls of those lucky enough to stop and listen to my kind voice. I am special, I am kind, I am wonderfully strong in my mind-body-soul. Sit and enjoy my sacred being. I want to spread the positivity as far as I can. We are all stronger as one. Unity is the pure essence of peace.

Love yourself and others will follow.

WE ARE ALL ONE

I have recently started reading the book The Path of the DreamHealer, by a young man who only goes by Adam. He deals with the quantum world of energy healing.

I am unsure of how this book got in my possession as I am pretty positive I did not purchase it. This is not the first instance I have had with self help books in my possession. They have a weird way of finding me and of showing themselves at the times when I am ready to receive them.

The DreamHealer is all about healing yourself; harnessing the power from within. We all have the capabilities, it's up to us if we choose to use it. I have been on a personal journey for six years now, one of self growth and empowerment. The more I learn about myself, the more confidence and love I have for myself.

I have always been a human that wants to share anything and everything (that has helped me) that i come across with others. I often struggle at finding ways to do so without feeling as if I am intruding or saying that someone else is unable to do so for themselves. Sometimes I feel this blog is not only a way for me to express myself fully without threat of being rejected, but also as a platform that may just inspire someone or help them to realize that thing they've been looking for to unlock the next part of their own journey. We are all connected, or as Adam says "We are all one". Why not lean on our neighbor for support or talk to our friend about our secret struggles. If we are hurting, then surely the ones closest to us are hurting as well. So if we heal, we in turn help others heal. Let's be healers, not victims. We are unified, we are alike, we are one.

the beauty not of what we're told to be
but that beauty that comes from within
the one people stop in awe and can't seem to put their fingers on
an unmistakeable glow
a highlight to your already perfect smile

the true essence of beauty is a woman
free from self restraints of ideals from unhappy souls

letting it flow

flowing intentions

place the peace
a droplet in your palm
